On Tuesday, March 29th our very own Chef/Partner James Walter was named 2016 "Chef of the Year" by the Maine Restaurant Association for his hard work, dedication and contributions to the culinary industry. Our relationships with the Gulf of Maine Research Institute , No Kid hungry, as well as many other charitable foundations, and sourcing as many local ingredients as possible, played key factors in his recognition. This along with his personality and professionalism create an environment we are all lucky to be a part of.
